How much does shipping cost?
Online: Shipping is free for online orders over US$300. For online orders below US$300, a flat rate of US$50 is charged. Offline: Shipping is free for online orders over US$450. For online orders below US$450, a flat rate of US$50 is charged.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship our orders globally via FedEx and DHL.
Shipping is done at no additional cost to the following countries: Åland, American Samoa, Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Cook Islands, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, East Timor, Fiji, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Guam, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Niue, Papua, New Guinea, Philippines, Poland, Russia, Samoa, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Solomon Islands, Spain, Sweden, Tahiti (French Polynesia), Thailand, United Kingdom, and United States.
Which currencies are supported for online & offline orders?
Senszio currently purchases in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$) and the US Dollar ($).
Do I have to pay for duties and taxes once the clothes are shipped?
It depends on your delivery address. We cover all customs fees for our primary shipping destinations so there are no surprises upon delivery.
- Duties Fully Covered: Senszio covers all import duties, tariffs, and local taxes for orders shipping to Australia, Canada, the EU, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States. The price you see at checkout is the final price delivered to your door.
- US Sales Tax: For deliveries to Illinois, Massachusetts and New York, applicable local state sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout where required by law.
- Other Countries: If you are shipping outside the regions listed above, your price does not include import duties. You will likely be responsible for paying customs fees levied by your local government when the package arrives.
Will I need to pay import tariffs when ordering from the US?
No, you won’t. All prices listed on our website are inclusive of import tariffs and duties for US customers. We’ve partnered with a US-based courier company to manage shipments entering the United States, ensuring a smooth delivery experience. This means you won’t be charged anything extra upon arrival.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Custom Tailored and Custom Online orders will take 4-6 weeks after order confirmation.
Bespoke orders can take anywhere from 6 weeks to 8 weeks from order confirmation, depending on the number of fittings you have with our stylists.
Ready-to-wear and accessories’ orders are shipped immediately if ordered separately. If they are combined with Custom Tailored, Bespoke or Custom Online orders, we hold them and combine shipments.
Rush Deliveries
Rush deliveries are not possible for first orders of Custom Tailored and Bespoke items due to the intricate process of hand-crafted pattern-making.
Once your pattern is saved in our system, future orders will have more flexibility for rush requests.
How do I track an existing order?
Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the order details. Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you another email with a tracking number and an expected date of delivery.
